Matt at the Chesapeake/Norfolk store was so easy to deal with. He was patient and kind. He took time with us but he did not follow us around or pressure us, in fact when we arrived he gave us 5 min to walk the lot before approaching us. He let us take our test drive alone so we could talk about the car. He offered but never pushed any extra add on services. He was firm on his price but was able to get us a $200 military discount. So far my car seems great and has not had any issues. I would come back and see Matt again and I will send my friends and family to see him as well.

They changed my opinion of what a car dealer is like. I was the hyper skeptical customer believing all the stereotypes about used car dealers, after working with Matthew, I can tell you this predisposition was incorrect. He was honest, kind, Christian, and relatable. The cars we looked at were clean and in good working order. The price was not flexible, but it was very reasonable to begin with so how can I fault him for not budging on an already good price. All the cars I saw were state inspected, cleaned and detailed. We never felt any pressure. He allowed us to test drive alone. He allowed us to get a pre purchase inspection. He offered a extended warranty plan ( I declined but he was upfront about the process and I never felt pressured in anyway). Amber showed us financing options although I chose to pay cash for the car anyway. I would send anyone looking for a good used car to Auto city!

I finally found my dream car! I reached out to Autocity online and was promptly replied to about all the questions I had concerning the Camaro I ended up purchasing from Autocity. My experience here has been great, Tim (main person I interacted with) was very transparent with how he handled the sale and the information I requested. I didn\'t go with the initial car I looked at but there was plenty of quality vehicles to choose the lot. I wanted a last minute inspection from a third party and he was more than happy to help me with getting it done. He also recommended local area mechanics so I didn\'t have to look hard for one. All in all, my experience here was very positive here. I would recommend coming here for a used car sale! Tim was great! Everything was great!

Came into Autocity to purchase a vehicle in somewhat of a time crunch close to their close time and was pleasantly surprised. Tim-the salesperson- was extremely accommodating and understanding and offered to stay a little late to help me with all my car purchasing decisions and needs. He was helpful patient and knowledgeable he helped me get through the process quckily while simultaneously being thorough answering all of my question/concerns.
